Terms of Service

Kōdō is a hospitality market intelligence platform providing hotel performance data, benchmarking tools, pipeline tracking, and market analysis for the Morocco hotel sector. All performance data unless explicitly marked as "Verified" represents Kōdō proprietary estimates based on market intelligence and statistical modelling.

Kōdō offers three subscription tiers:

• Observer — MAD 990/month: access to Dashboard, Map, Hotels directory, Tourism data, News, and AI Analyst (10 queries/month)
• Benchmarker — MAD 2,490/month: full Observer access plus Benchmarking tool, Reports, and unlimited AI Analyst
• Advisory — MAD 6,990/month: full platform access plus priority support and direct access to Kōdō advisory team

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing you authorise Kōdō Hospitality to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).

All subscription fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, plan downgrades, or unused periods. If you cancel your subscription you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation your account will be downgraded and access to paid features will be removed.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Use the platform data to build competing products or services
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Kōdō data without written permission
• Misrepresent Kōdō estimates as verified operator data
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

All data, reports, analysis, and content on the Kōdō platform are the intellectual property of Kōdō Hospitality. You may use platform data for your own internal business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish Kōdō data without prior written consent.

Kōdō estimates are proprietary and based on our methodology. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice.

Kōdō uses a combination of market intelligence, statistical modelling, and data partnerships to produce its estimates. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty that the data is complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Users should independently verify data before making investment decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kōdō Hospitality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to investment decisions made based on Kōdō data.

Kōdō reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination your access to the platform will be immediately removed.

Kōdō may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
