Our Team
Kōdō was founded to close the data gap in Moroccan hospitality. Institutional investors and operators deserved the same quality of market intelligence available in established markets — so we built it.

Apply NowPrinciples
Every claim on the Kōdō platform is traceable to a source. We don't publish market commentary that can't be grounded in actual hotel performance data. If we don't have the data, we say so.
Moroccan hospitality has operated on informal estimates for too long. Kōdō applies rigorous methodology to KPI calculation — keys-weighted averages, consistent definitions, clearly labelled estimates versus verified figures.
We design for both sides of the transaction. Operators need competitive intelligence to manage performance; investors need underwriting data to allocate capital. Kōdō is built to be useful to both without compromising either.
Kōdō is not a generic hospitality analytics tool applied to Morocco — it was built here, for this market. Our coverage decisions, methodology, and editorial voice are shaped by deep familiarity with how Moroccan hospitality actually operates.
